We received the shield today and we are very impressed by it. It exceeded our expectations for stability… and the Segway responsiveness is about the same as with a fully loaded front bag (limit being 10 lbs., of course). We will be ordering at least one more in the upcoming weeks with the possibility/ probability of several more as we prepare to kick off the events season.

The Segway Concession and Billboard Trailers finally cleared our customs and all I can say is “WOW”. I knew you make a great product by already owning your Segway shields but these trailers are amazing. The hitch design is incredible allowing the trailers to be pulled by the Segway with very little effort and total control. It is obvious that a lot of attention was given to details, as the built quality is top notch.

Thank you for your donation of the Segway Tactical Shield to our Segway EMR Unit here in NY. We used the shield at the U.S. Open and it was great. The graphic warp with the reflective lettering was very visible at nights and the built-in strobe lights and siren came in very handy when we had to maneuver through the crowd to get to an emergency. The Segway Stretcher also was used with great success.
